@johnpringdns The Govt and DWP seriously need to wake up in the real world most disabled citizens including me do not stand a chance of gaining a job when we are up against many thousands of able bodied people, employers want the best they can get for the money they pay and do not want to be paying out for adaptations to the work place this has always been the case and have been up against it first hand many times and more so as disability confident the replacement fr the two ticks kite mark is not up to scratch and very much an unenforced lame duck we are at the back of the queue

Quite simply the Govt is not doing enough and btw I have never seen this discussed at CBI Conference http://www.cbi.org.uk
