I don't know Key that well. I received his selfcam videos and edited them. I didn't talk to him either. The image I had about Key changed during the episode 4 of Key's knowhow. I (saw) a Key who isn't only a singer but someone who loves musicals and works really hard. Not only musicals, but he really really works hard in general.
Also, I could see how much he really really loves his fans. Greeting the fans and turning around with a smile on his face. An episode where you can see Key's sincereness
