#superinjunction

Credit Suisse executive, Charles Martyn-Hemphill, stole for himself a $22 million share of monies from the trust funds of the late Edward Lumley that were due to be inherited by members of his wife's family. Martyn-Hemphill is now trying to jail his sister in law and her husband, Caroline & Timothy Haines, over allegations that they leaked confidential papers relating to the press injunction over the story onto the internet. Allegations have also been made that Martyn-Hemphill is a paedophile, which are also covered by the injunction.
